Credit card and 3D-Secure Code

In order to guarantee the hotel reservation your credit card details (Visa or MasterCard) must be provided to the Davos Destinations Organisation. Your credit card will not be charged, please pay your accommodation fee directly at the hotel. Only for short-term cancellations or no-shows will Davos Congress forward your credit card details to the accommodation. Please also have your 3D-Secure Code ready. If you do not have the latter, please register with your credit card issuer first.

Cancellation Policy

The cancellation policy may vary from accommodation to accommodation. The free of charge cancellation deadline ranges from a max. of 14 days to a min. of 1 day prior to the arrival date. The detailed info section of each accommodation provides further particulars.

These cancellation policies only apply for individual bookings. For group bookings (from 10 people), please contact Davos Congress.
